For many years, we have participated in historical re-enactments and saw a niche in the market for historically-based products. We started making jerky naturally dried meat snacks for family and friends, and it proved popular. Before long, we were trading at summer shows and festivals, selling jerky and fruit scrolls (made of pure fruit!). Customers loved our products and we now make a huge range of healthy snacks.
